Because the cable got loose or something happened, the PowerRay started itself in the water, which initiate the water pressure sensor value to the value when it's in the water. Then the PowerRay don't know it is already in the water.
The solution of solving it is:
- Take the Ray out of the water and re-drop it into the water.
- On you app, go to General Settings -> turn off the "Equipment input water condition". (Function available after app version 1.7.1) This will give you the ability to unlock Ray without put it into the water. But be careful with this, you don't want the motor to keep running while not inside the water, that will give a very LARGE chance to BURN out the motor.
