If you are using T-Mobile as your carrier for your mobile phone, you may have encountered camera live stream connectivity issue. If you do not see a live stream of the PowerRay camera, please turn off your Cellular Data option in your mobile phone. After switching off the Cellular Data, you can go back to Vision+ APP and you should see the live stream video on your screen. 

If you are using the Huawei P20 phone and experiencing the camera live stream issue, the same solution applies. Go to settings and turn off the Cellular Data, then go back to Vision+ APP, now the live stream should show up on your phone.
