When operating the drone, you need to be careful with the vertical motor. There is chance that small objects will stuck in the motor, small rocks, sand, fishing lines, etc.

If you notice any damage to the propellers or if it refuses to work, please contact us and submit a ticket. We will need to bring the drone back for RMA process.

To prevent this from happening, we do have a protector that can cover the vertical motor and prevent small graves to get into the propeller. Please contact us for availability on the protector.
